2. About the Studio
Adverge Studio is a creative-led indie software studio. The studio designs, builds, and publishes consumer mobile applications, including but not limited to Coinova and Jakat Eazy. Adverge Studio is operated as a sole proprietorship by Rishadul Islam.
Adverge Studio is a separate brand from Adverge Media, which is a creative agency operated by the same individual. Adverge Studio's apps and these Terms have no relationship to the agency's services or contracts.
3. Apps Have Their Own Terms
This website's terms cover only the website itself. Each application has its own Terms of Service that govern use of that application, in-app subscriptions, and account behavior:

4. Intellectual Property
The Adverge Studio name, the Adverge Studio wordmark, the names and logos of any apps published by the studio (including Coinova and Jakat Eazy), and all original text, design, and code on this website are the intellectual property of Adverge Studio.
You are welcome to link to this website. You may not, without prior written permission, redistribute, mirror, scrape for commercial purposes, or reproduce substantial portions of the site in derivative works.
5. Third-Party Links
This website links to third-party services such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Those services are operated by Apple and Google respectively, and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Adverge Studio has no control over and is not responsible for the availability, content, or behavior of those third-party services.
